What to expect

Starting counselling, especially for the first time, can be nerve wracking.  One of the best indicators that counselling will be successful long-term is the relationship between  client and therapist.  This is why I offer a free 20-minute chat so you can get a feel for whether I'd be a good fit for you and I can give you an idea of whether I think my skills are a good match for what you're coming to counselling for.

This also gives a chance to make sure that online and telephone counselling will work for you.  There are some things that make online counselling different to face-to-face and it isn't right for everyone.

If we agree that my approach is the right fit for you, I’ll guide you through the booking process and explain how to access your online or phone sessions.

Before we start you'll need to read over and complete our counselling agreement and take a look at the other policies  - they are linked to just below.

Cost

Individual online or telephone counselling is £50 for a fifty to sixty minute session.
