Remote therapy

Doing therapy remotely can be a great option for many people.  It means you can access specialist support from anywhere in the UK and in the comfort of your own home.

I offer counselling online using your choice of video platform, or over the phone.

You'll get a reminder (and link if we're working online) the day before our session.  All you need to do is make sure that you've got a quiet, private place to take the call.

In-person therapy

If you're based in or near Chester, you might prefer to have our session in person.

I work from a second-floor office in Chester city centre.  If you book in for an in-person session, I'll provide you with all of the information you'll need on how to find me and where to park.

In your first session, you'll get a quick 'tour' of the room and all of the fidgets, plushies, and blankets that you're welcome to use during the session.  There'll also be fresh water and hot drinks available every session.

Below you'll see some pictures of the office from the outside and inside.
